If my people,(Church) which are called by my name,(Jesus Christ) shell humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways: then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. Thou therefore endure harness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please Him (Jesus) who hath chosen him (Christian) to be a soldier.
Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops. Cry, Cry aloud spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet and show my people (Christians) their transgression, and the house of Jacob (Isreal) their sins.
For if the trumpet give an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself to the battle. Blow the trumpet in Zion, santify a fast, call a solemn assembly. Where for He saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shell give thee Light. But woe to the rebellious children, saith the LORD, that take counsel, but not of me; and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin. Know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
Because ye have thrust with side and with shoulder, and pushed all the diseased with your horns, till ye have scattered them abroad. All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shell be lifted up in the moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shell be raised incorruptible,and we which are alive shell be change.
